MEET THE TRAINERS

Loren Trottmann

I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, and current Doctor of Physical Therapy student at Oregon State University. I’ve worked as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach with a diverse range of clients, ranging from collegiate and professional athletes to those completely new to strength training.

My sports performance background has included team sport athletes (football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, and ultimate frisbee) as well as individual-sport athletes (track and field, cycling, golf, wrestling, mixed martial arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing and Muay Thai). My general population background has been primarily focused on helping individuals brand new to strength training feel comfortable in the gym and take the right steps to become stronger, move better, and improve their resilience to injury.

My style of training focuses on developing the pillars of athleticism (movement competency, strength, power, agility and conditioning) in a sustainable and methodical manner that scales to any skill or experience level. I’m equally comfortable helping a high-level competitor prepare for the demands of competition, or helping a gym newcomer learn how to progress sustainably and safely while reaping the benefits of improved strength and conditioning.
