She has an extensive background in fitness, dance, yoga, and acrobatics, which enables her to target your fitness and flexibility goals in a safe and enjoyable way. Lindsi is passionate about creating minimal-equipment workouts that can be utilized in any environment. She’s available for gym sessions and in-home training, with a preference for clients 60+ years of age.
